“I renewed my lease last year as I am so happy at Element. Janice Hale and Harley Handy are a great management team. They are professional, courteous, and very efficient. I appreciate how easy it is to talk to them and that they act very fast with requests. The building is a very well run complex in my eyes.

Additionally, I would be remiss without also praising our maintenance person, Johnny Buckley. Johnny is so friendly, competent, and efficient. I could not ask for better repair or preventative maintenance service.

Thank you for putting together a great team in Janice, Harley, and Johnny and please keep up the good work. I really appreciate all the professionalism and extra care as a single, busy professional with little free time.
