Pets Welcome

We understand that pets are part of the family! Your furry family members are welcome to join our community at Element at Ghent. 

• Element at Ghent welcomes up to two pets per apartment.
• A $400 non-refundable pet fee applies for the 1st pet and a $100 non-refundable pet fee for the 2nd pet.
• Pet rent is $25 per pet | per month.
• Dogs over 45 lbs must reside on the first floor. 
• The following breeds are restricted from living at Element at Ghent: ​Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Spitz, Chow, Akita, and Mastiff.
